Return & Refund Policy
All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage, loss in transit or corkage. If something does arrive broken, doesn’t arrive at all or you believe the wine to be corked, please email us on email@example.com and we will follow up the issue with either replacement wine or credit back to your account. With corkage, please keep the remainder of the bottle with the cork and email us as to when the bottle was opened. We will investigate and may need the bottle to be sent back to us.
With subscriptions to En Primeur we will not refund but the subscription may be cancelled at anytime prior to 3 months before the date of renewal.
