Poderi Crisci Cancellation Policy.

Bookings of 1 to 15 people will require security in the form of a valid credit card provided on our secure Stripe CC platform, a link to which will be provided in our confirmation of booking email sent to you upon your booking at Poderi Crisci. We can also send you a link to this if you book by phone.

The card provided will be charged only in the event of “No-Show” on the day, at the rate of $50 per person booked, or in the event of cancellation of the booking within 48 hours at a rate of $25 per person booked.

We ask that all bookings are confirmed within 24 hours of the booking and the amount of guests confirmed. “No-Show” of some of the confirmed guests on the day maybe charged accordingly at the rate prescribed above.

Bookings of group greater than 15 people will require a deposit be paid to secure the booking. We will issue to you an invoice accordingly and this may be paid by Direct Debit, or Credit Card. Credit card payments of deposits will be subject to a surcharge of 2% for Visa/Mastercard, or 3% for payments by Amex or Diners Club cards.

In the event of cancellation, deposits made are fully refundable until a month prior to the event. 50% refundable for events cancelled within a month of the date and considered non-refundable for events cancelled within a week of the booked date.

Events that require exclusive use of the venue will be subject to an agreed minimum spend. This will vary depending on the nature of the event, date of the event and the catering required. These events will need be paid in advance to the agreed minimum spend figure. We issue invoices for deposits over a period to facilitate this.

Exclusive events are subject to a venue fee which is included in the first invoice issued and considered to be non-refundable. (this amount is included in the agreed minimum spend.)

Deposits for events requiring exclusive use of the venue are refundable in full, excluding the venue fee, until three months prior to the event, however, refunds will be subject to recuperation of any costs incurred by Poderi Crisci in relation to preparation for the event.

Events cancelled within three months of the planned date will be refunded at 50%.

Events cancelled within one month of the planned date are considered non-refundable.

These terms are subject to other terms and conditions that may be included in contracts unique to each event.

Summer 2023/24 Hours!


As we look forward to summer we also look forward to welcoming our regular guests and new faces to Waiheke and Poderi Crisci.

Our updates hours for summer 2023/24 as well as some special new offerings are below.

Monday, Thursday and Friday Lunch service we offer both a la carte and long lunch menu options to groups of 5 or less diners. Groups of 6 or more enjoy our long lunch menu or sharing menu options.

La Locanda will be open Tuesday and Wednesdays from 12 midday until 3.30pm offering a specialised A la Carte menu, sharing platters, wines and tastings.

Friday evenings we invite you to join us for our weekly Aperitivo event. Enjoy a drink to ease into the weekend with and indulge in a complimentary selection of canapes and nibbles. Restaurant open for A la Carte dinner service.

Saturday and Sunday we serve our acclaimed long lunch in the main restaurant, with the Locanda open for lighter meals and tasting platters.

Saturday evenings in the resaurant we serve our 8 course degustation menu which can also be enjoyed with matching wines from the Poderi Crisci range.
